Hot water 2 cupsTamarind 250 gmJaggery 250 gmRed chili powder 1 tspDry ginger powder 1 tspSalt ½ tspSugar 2 tbspRoasted cumin seed 1 tsp
Soak tamarind in hot water and let it get soft for an hour atleast. Then squeeze all pulp through a sieve and discard the seeds.
